I've chosen to use Voicethread to do this activity for two different reasons; the first, because I found it quite easy to use and the second, because the students can record their own voices, which I think can be motivating for them.

To begin the activity we're going to look at the pictures to see what the story's more or less about. Then, the students will write a short description of what's going on in each picture. Finally, we'll record them telling the story. If we have any problems with the recording, we can use NaturalReader, an app that converts any written text into spoken words.
This activity can be carried out in a 55-minute-course.
